“This fridge is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your time. The freezer has not shown the correct temperature, and melts and re-freezes every few days. The temperature has gone up to 30 or 40 degrees, and then back down to 0 every 3 days. I’ve had to throw away ridiculous amounts of defrosted food because GE won’t allow me to return the product. This is not frost free, and does not even work as a freezer, as the food inside it does not stay frozen. I’ve had it replaced once, and the issues continue. Don’t waste your time or money.”
“control panel began to fail from day one which now needs to be replaced. ten days later the temperature set at 0 but internal temperature about 5 above 0 where in the beginning it was 10 below 0 a 15 degree swing. the high temp alarm turns on every 6 hours which needs to be reset manually. wondering what else goes wrong next. disappointed!”
“The Freezer was delivered on time and very easy to set up. Leveling the freezer was performed by the personnel that delivered the freezer. The freezer has been in use since its delivery with no issues. It is holding the setpoint temperature and is easy to monitor the temperature on the outside the door. I would recommend this product.”
