“I left another review for the microwave/oven unit we purchased but on this one we repeatedly asked the installers to take it around to the back of the house because the doors were larger, they refused and caused damage to the unit. After a manufacturer inspection that stated they were responsible, they sent their own installers to review and they immediately said it should be replaced. They even said they were aware of these other contract installers who were causing issues in other installs and weren’t qualified. They continue to make it a challenge to just replace what was damaged. Horrible experience and now going on over 3 months of fighting them all while not having an oven/microwave unit working with a toddler in the house. We had to purchase a microwave to use in the short term and I’m sure they aren’t going to cover that either.”
